Port B's latest project, and its first since the March 11 catastrophe, tackles the current controversy of nuclear power,
holding a unique national referendum on the issue and with the process theatricalized via the F/T platform.
A truck will move around to different parts of Tokyo, hosting video installations, as well as guest forums and talks.
The opening rally kicks off the project, symbolically, on October 11, exactly 7 months on from the earthquake.
